Hey, I'm Usman!
I'm the Co-Founder and CEO at Catalysr. I moved to Australia from Pakistan in 2013 to study a Masters in Engineering Management. Once I graduated, I found it was very hard to find work in spite of my qualifications. I realised then that the majority of migrants and refugees in Australia face the same challenge.
In 2016 my Co-Founder, Jake, and I decided to start a program that would give people the tools and connections they needed to create their own jobs in their own businesses.
